Hi, I’m Melanie Flores, the heart and hands behind Signifi-Scents, based in San Angelo, Texas. I have a passion for creating one-of-a-kind candles that are as unique as the people they’re made for. From handcrafting each marbled concrete vessel to pouring your chosen fragrance, every candle is thoughtfully created with love, intention, and prayer. My hope is that each creation brings a little warmth, beauty, and something meaningful into your home or business.

  • Each Signifi-Scents candle is handcrafted with care, from pouring and finishing your concrete vessel to creating your beautifully scented candle. Because every custom order is made just for you, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your candle to be ready for pickup, local delivery, or shipping.

    We believe something made especially for you is worth the wait!

  • Our handcrafted coconut-soy candles deliver hours of beautiful fragrance and warmth.
    Each vessel has an approximate burn time of:
    ● Cup Vessel: 45 hours
    ● Cylinder Vessel: 51 hours
    ● Hexagon Vessel: 55 hours
    For the best burning experience, trim your wick to ¼ inch before each use and never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
    Burn times may vary slightly depending on fragrance, burning conditions, and proper candle care.

  • Both options are available!

    We offer custom pre-orders as well as a selection of ready-made concrete candle vessels. If you'd rather not wait for a completely custom candle, you can choose from our available vessel shapes and colors and select your favorite fragrance.

    Ready-made vessel availability varies based on our current inventory. Custom colors and designs may require our standard 2–3 week production time.

  • At Signifi-Scents, quality matters! We use Golden Brands 454 coconut-soy wax, a blend of coconut and soy waxes designed for container candles.

    We pair our wax with carefully selected candle-making fragrance oils to create inviting aromas that make your space feel warm and welcoming.

  • We love our furry friends! However, some fragrances may cause sensitivities or irritation in pets, particularly cats and dogs.
    Fragrances in our collection that may warrant extra caution include:

    These fragrances are listed as a precaution based on their scent profiles, not because they have been confirmed harmful in our finished candles.
    We recommend burning candles in well-ventilated areas, keeping them out of reach of pets, and consulting your veterinarian if your pet has sensitivities.
